Kamec Home Services – Payment & Refund Policy
Effective Date: April 30th, 2025
At Kamec Home Services, we value transparency and fairness in all our projects. Please review our payment and refund policy below:
1. Deposits and Payments
• All payments made to Kamec Home Services act as non-refundable deposits toward securing labor, materials, and scheduling.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and any refunds (when applicable) are issued only back to the original payment method via Stripe.
2. Refunds for Payments Under $1,000
• Payments under $1,000 are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or preparation for the project has begun.
3. Refunds for Payments of $1,000 or More
• If the client cancels the project with more than 72 hours’ written notice before the scheduled service date:
• 75% of the deposit will be refunded.
• 25% is retained to cover scheduling, administrative costs, and preparation.
• If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the scheduled service date, no refund will be issued.
• If materials have already been purchased, the cost of those materials will be deducted from the refundable portion, and receipts will be provided upon request.
4. Disputes & Final Authority
• Refunds are not issued through cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or other third-party methods. All transactions and refunds (if eligible) are processed only through Stripe.
• Kamec Home Services reserves the right to make the final determination on refund eligibility in accordance with this policy.
